When Blizzard made Buriza in .08 it was good. Then they decided it wasn't good enough. So in .09 they IMPROVED it.

IT was not blizzard making items to DotA 1 at the time, oh boy were you wrong :D Who would have known DotA will become valve game because blizzard was so terrible to not pick it up as stand alone game.
