PHOENIX — Icarus | Item Build | DotA

Phoenix is a great strength hero and always plays the role of a Tanker and Support also. His skills are great in aiding his allies to heal them or either Disarm them. Although he is not always in pick during the drafts, he can be played in some games and performs his abilities and techniques. When equipped with items, Phoenix plays a great front for the team.

The early game item build of Phoenix can be the following:

Quelling Blade – This helps Phoenix to kill easily when creeping for better farming.

Ancient Tango of Essifation – This item helps Phoenix to regenerate when in mid health condition.

Healing Salve – This item helps Phoenix to regenerate more fast whenever he is in a low health condition.

Ironwood Branch – This item grants each attributes for Phoenix giving him more strength and toughness.

Magic Stick – This helps you to counter spell caster enemy heroes.

Stout Shield – This helps you to defend yourself against harassing enemy heroes. This is upgraded into Vanguard.

The mid game item build of Phoenix can be the following:

Power Treads – This boots gives him strength and speed.

Vanguard – This item gives him Health Points and toughness during the game. This item can be maintained until the late game.

Phase Boots – This is a better choose in escaping and chasing enemies.

Black King Bar – This helps him to tank and hit more during clash preventing spells to cast on him.

Hood of Defiance – This helps to reduce any incoming magical damage.

Blademail – This helps Phoenix  to tank enemies and return damage taken.

The late game item build of Phoenix can be the following:

Khadgar’s Pipe of Insight – This helps allies of Phoenix and himself to prevent magic for damaging more.

Radiance – As a fast farmer game he can easily built this item during the mid game but usually build during late games. This item helps him in farming and grants him attack damage.

Assault Cuirass – This item grants him attack speed and armor. Plus an aura to reduce enemies’ armor around Phoenix.

Heart of Tarrasque – This grants him massive strength adding more health points.

Boots of Travel – This item is very helpful in pushing strategies and farming and for immediate response in clash.

Dagon – This grants Phoenix an ability to instant kill an enemy together with his ultimate skill.

Necromancer – Its ability to summon two useful creature can plus his skills can be a good partner in killing enemy heroes.
